Contemplation: “He Himself became our Shepherd, for He did not entrust us to another. The Word of God took flesh so that He might seek the lost, heal the wounded, and gather His scattered flock.” (St Cyril of Alexandria)

Personal Reflection: In Ezekiel 34, God promises that He Himself will come to shepherd His people. How does knowing that God came personally to care for us through the Incarnation change the way I trust Him when I feel lost, weak, or afraid?

Bible Knowledge Question: According to Ezekiel 34:11–16, what does God say He Himself will do for His sheep?

Prayer: Lord God, You are the Good Shepherd who came to seek and save the lost. Thank You for humbling Yourself and becoming man for our salvation. Help us to hear Your voice, follow You faithfully, and remain within Your loving care. Through Your mercy, O Lord, grant us peace and salvation. Amen.
