1. Weekly Spiritual Message
Spiritual message of the week by Father Michael:
Sometimes God chasten and discipline us. He is motivated by love. Through such measures He spares us from much pain in – eternity – and in this life.
For when we live in bitterness, anger, and greed we foretaste hell.
God however wants us to experience something of heaven and its joy in this life.
With the apostle fast we are equipped and empowered by the Holy Spirit, to turn from our sins.
So we convert to peace and convert from selfishness to love.
Acts 3:19 " Repent therefore and become converted, that your sins may be blotted out. So that times of refreshing may come from the presence of God".

3.Vacation Centre Closed for July School Holidays
Dear Parents and Guardians,
St Marks Vacation Centre is closed for this July school holidays, whilst the nominated supervisor is away and we are in search for another.
We will recommence again God willing for the Term 3 school holidays.
4. Saturday Service Picnic Lunch
Saturday Sunday School service is inviting all St Mark’s Church families to join us for a fellowship picnic lunch after the Saturday Sunday School mass.
When: Saturday 8th July 2023 9:30am(after the Holy Mass) -2:00pm.
Where: Lambeth Reserve, Picnic Point
Who: St Mark Families
Abouna Elijah will bless us. Please bring your scooters, bikes and roller blades.
This excursion will run in place of Saturday SS. A bus service will be organised if you require transportation from church.

5. Kids supervision at church on Friday Nights
Attention dear parents,
The church has observed an increasing number of primary and high school aged children being left at church on Friday evenings unsupervised – children have been found gathering outside the church grounds at surrounding parks and shops. Please note, there are no supervised services on Friday night apart from the School of Excellence tutoring, Scouts and Pope Athanasius Family Shield services as per their allocated times.
For the sake of your children’s safety, please do not leave them at church on Friday night unattended. The church is not be held responsible for their supervision and wellbeing.

٣.إلغاء خدمة رعاية الاطفال خلال العطلة المدرسية لشهر يوليو الحالي
أولياء الأمور الأعزاء،
سيتم إلغاء خدمة رعاية الاطفال خلال العطلة المدرسية لشهر يوليو الحالي بسبب غياب المشرف المسؤول وجاري البحث عن مشرف آخر
سنعاود مرة أخرى بإذن ربنا في عطلة التيرم الثالث
٤.نزهة خدمة يوم السبت
تدعو خدمة مدارس الأحد التي تقام يوم السبت كل عائلات كنيسة سانت مارك للاشتراك بمودة في نزهة لتناول الغذاء بعد قداس مدارس الأحد الذي يقام يوم السبت.
التاريخ: السبت الموافق 8 يوليو الساعة 9:30 صباحاً بعد القداس الإلهي وحتى الساعة 2 ظهراً
المكان: Lambeth Reserve, Picnic Point
المدعوون: عائلات سانت مارك
سيباركنا أبونا إيلايجا بالحضور. برجاء احضار دراجتك، أو السكوتر، أو أحذية التزحلق
ستقام هذه النزهة بدلاً من فصول مدارس الأحد ليوم السبت. سيتم أيضاً إعداد اتوبيس إذا كنت ترغب في وسيلة للأنتقال من وإلى الكنيسة

٥.الاشراف على الأطفال في الكنيسة مساء يوم الجمعة
أولياء الأمور الأعزاء، يُرجى الانتباه لما يلي،
لاحظت الكنيسة أنه يتم ترك عددًا متزايدًا من الأطفال في سن المدارس الابتدائية والثانوية في الكنيسة مساء أيام الجمعة دون إشراف – كما اكتشفنا تجمع بعض الأطفال خارج الكنيسة في الحدائق والمتاجر المحيطة. يُرجى ملاحظة أنه لا توجد خدمات خاضعة للإشراف مساء أيام الجمعة باستثناء الدروس الخصوصية بمدرسة اكاديميك اكسلنس والكشافة وخدمة البابا أثناسيوس فاميلي شيلد وفقًا للأوقات المخصصة لهم.
حفاظًا على سلامة أطفالكم، يُرجى عدم تركهم في الكنيسة مساء أيام الجمعة دون إشراف. الكنيسة ليست مسؤولة عن الإشراف عليهم وعن سلامتهم.
