1. Weekly Spiritual Message
Spiritual message of the week by Father Jonathan:
“Now there stood by the cross of Jesus His mother, and His mother’s sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene.”
John 19:25
This passage from the gospel according to St John enlightens our minds to the fact that each and every individual left everything in their busy day and crowded life and followed Jesus to His crucifixion and stood under His cross, his or her name is written without exception in the bible. But not only that but moreover because Mary the sister of St Mary was married and had a husband, the divine hand allowed his name also to be written as a double grace to what his wife offered to Jesus. As of St John the beloved, since he did not want to write his name, being so humble with a great sense of self-denial, the Lord gave him St Mary to be his mum as the most precious gift to this faithful disciple. So it ends up that his name had also to be written (in the following verse 26) not that he likes to do that but more like a divine intervention, as he put in his heart to record each single word that Jesus uttered on the cross.
Each year Jesus uses the Holy Passion Week to renew this personal invitation to you that your name, and the name of your family, be written in the book of life. Be wise and follow the footsteps of those saints who left all the noise of the world and followed Jesus to His crucifixion and stayed under the cross.

2. Program of Services – Holy Week
Please find the updated program below. Includes services from Friday 7 April to Easter Sunday 16 April.
3. Low Sensory Liturgy – Friday 7 April
Today, Friday at 5pm, there will be a low sensory liturgy for children and their families, who will benefit from a quieter liturgy.
Liturgy will include the Unction of the Sick prayers. Please see poster below.
4. In the Shadow of the Cross Spiritual Evening – Forgive: Friday 7th April at 7:30pm
“And do not condemn, and you will not be judged. Do not judge anyone, and you will not be judged. Forgive and you will be forgiven.” (Luke 6:37).
And we reach the last Friday of fasting, and we meet ourselves with arrangements for Passion Week, and we fix our eyes on the cross of Christ, just as Christ fixed his gaze on our salvation on the cross.
Let’s go out together, even for a few hours, to stay with our Saviour "in the shadow of the cross" on Friday 4/7 at 7:30 pm, in a spiritual evening entitled "Forgive", come and join us.
Childcare service starts at 7:00pm
5. Palm Branches
1. Palm branches will be available for the congregation to buy on Friday from 7pm and on Saturday from 10am till 9pm.
2. There will be lessons for Palm weaving by experienced servants in the church hall on Saturday from 5:30pm.

١.الرسالة الروحية الأسبوعية:
يقدم رسالة هذا الأسبوع قدس أبوناجوناثان
"وكانت واقفات عند صليب يسوع أمه وأخت أمه مريم زوجة كلوبا ومريم المجدلية" يوحنا ١٩:٢٥
هذه الآية من إنجيل القديس يوحنا تنير أذهاننا إلى حقيقة أن كل فرد ترك كل شيء في يومه المزدحم وحياته المزدحمة وتبع السيد المسيح حتى صلبه ووقف تحت صليبه، اسمه مكتوب بلا استثناء في الكتاب المقدس. وليس هذا فقط بل لأن مريم أخت القديسة مريم كانت متزوجة ولديها زوج، فقد سمحت اليد الإلهية أن يُكتب اسمه كنعمة مضاعفة لما قدمته زوجته للسيد المسيح.
بالنسبة للقديس يوحنا الحبيب، فهو لم يرغب في ذكر اسمه، ولأنه كان متواضعًا ومنكر لذاته جدًا، فقد أعطاه الرب القديسة مريم لتكون أمه كأغلى هدية لهذا التلميذ الأمين. لذلك انتهى الأمر إلى ذكر اسمه أيضًا (في الآية ٢٦ التالية) ليس حباً منه في ذلك بل إنه أشبه بالتدخل الإلهي، حيث وضع في قلبه تسجيل كل كلمة قالها السيد المسيح على الصليب.
في كل عام، يستخدم السيد المسيح أسبوع الآلام المقدس لتجديد هذه الدعوة الشخصية لك بأن يكون اسمك واسم عائلتك مكتوبين في سفر الحياة. كونوا حكماء واتبعوا خطى هؤلاء القديسين الذين تركوا كل ضجيج العالم وتبعوا يسوع حتى صلبه وظلوا تحت الصليب.
نصلي من أجل التمتع ببركة أسبوع آلام.

٣. قداس ذو مدركات حسية منخفضة – الجمعة ٧ أبريل
اليوم الجمعة الساعة ٥ مساءً سيُقام قداس ذو مدركات حسية منخفضة للأطفال وعائلاتهم للاستفادة من قداس هادئ.
سيتضمن القداس صلاة مسحة المرضى

٤.أمسية روحية في ظل الصليب – اغفر: اليوم الجمعة ٧ أبريل الساعة ٧:٣٠ مساءً
"وَلاَ تَدِينُوا فَلاَ تُدَانُوا. لاَ تَقْضُوا عَلَى أَحَدٍ فَلاَ يُقْضَى عَلَيْكُمْ. اِغْفِرُوا يُغْفَرْ لَكُمْ." (لو 6: 37).
ونوصل لآخر جمعة في الصيام ونلاقى نفسنا بنرتب لأسبوع الآلام ونثبت أعينا لصليب المسيح كما ثبت المسيح نظره الى خلاصنا على الصليب
هلم نخرج سويا ولو لبضع ساعات نمكث مع مخلصنا " *في ظل الصليب* " يوم الجمعة ٧/ ٤ الساعة ٧:٠٠م، في سهرة روحيه بعنوان "أغفروا" تعالوا وشاركونا.
تبدأ خدمه رعاية الاطفال الساعة ٧:٣٠م
٥. سعف النخل
سيتم توفير سعف النخل للشراء يوم الجمعة الساعة ٧ مساءً ويوم السبت من الساعة ١٠ صباحًا حتى ٩ مساء. ستكون هناك دروس لجدل سعف النخل بواسطة خدام متمرسين في قاعة الكنيسة يوم السبت من الساعة ٥:٣٠ مساءً.
