Contemplation
“Let us not boast of our own works, as though we had done anything by our own strength. For all good things are accomplished by Christ working in us. The true servant of God labors not for praise, nor to be seen by men, but to glorify the Master who sent him. And when his work is done, he gives thanks that he was counted worthy to serve.”.”
+ St. Gregory the Theologian

Personal Reflection
When you do something good or serve in church, how easy is it to take the credit for yourself? Why do you think St. Paul asked the Romans to pray for him?

Bible Knowledge Question
What did Paul ask the Romans to do for him?

Prayer
Lord Jesus, You are the source of every good work and the strength of every servant. Help me to serve You with humility, not seeking glory for myself, but only for You. Teach me to pray for others and to accept their prayers for me. Let Your Holy Spirit work through me in all I do, that I may bring hope, peace, and love to others. Keep me faithful to Your mission, and refresh my heart with Your joy.
