Please note the following:
Request from St Mark Fathers and Church Committee
Recently, Bayside Council representatives met with the Church and raised concerns about the number of complaints received from neighbours in relation to Church activities and behaviours. To assist us in maintaining harmony and positivity with neighbours and Council, can we please ask you to be mindful of the following rules:
God bless.
- Please do not park in, or too close to, driveways. Please leave ample distance for residents to enter and leave their driveways.
- Please do not park on the footpath.
- Please be respectful and courteous at all times to people around the Church. We should represent Christ in our behaviours and words.
- Friday night activities & services to be respectfully arranged so that noise is kept to a minimum. All to leave the church at 11pm on Friday nights.
- Please cooperate with the new Outdoor Services Marshals who will be wearing yellow high visibility vests.
- No ball games permitted in the carpark or on the church grounds at any time.
- Please do not drop off your children and leave. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
- Please use the shuttle bus service on a Sunday to reduce parking congestion.

التقى قريباً ممثلو بلدية بايسايدBayside مع الكنيسة وأثاروا مخاوف بشأن عدد الشكاوى الواردة من الجيران فيما يتعلق بأنشطة الكنيسة وسلوكياتها. لمساعدتنا في الحفاظ على التناغم والإيجابية مع الجيران والبلدية، هل يمكننا أن نطلب منكم أن تضعوا في اعتباركم القواعد التالية:

- من فضلكم لا توقفوا سيارتكم في ممرات المنازل أو بالقرب منها. يرجى ترك مسافة كافية للمقيمين للدخول والخروج من الممرات الخاصة بهم.
- من فضلكم لا توقفوا سيارتكم على الرصيف.
- من فضلكم التعامل مع الجيران حول الكنيسة بكل احترام في جميع الأوقات. يجب أن نمثل المسيح في تصرفاتنا وكلماتنا.
- يجب ترتيب أنشطة وخدمات مساء أيام الجمعة باحترام بحيث يتم تقليل الضوضاء إلى الحد الأدنى. على أن يغادر الجميع الكنيسة في الساعة 11 مساءً أيام الجمعة.
- يرجى التعاون مع القائمين الجدد بتنظيم الخدمات الخارجية الذين سيرتدون سترات صفراء واضحة جداً.
- لا يُسمح بلعب الكرة في موقف السيارات أو في أرض الكنيسة في أي وقت.
- من فضلكم لا توصلوا أطفالكم وتغادروا. يجب أن يكون الأطفال برفقة اشخاص بالغين.
- يُرجى استخدام خدمة الاتوبيس يوم الأحد لخفض تزاحم إيقاف السيارات.
