Contemplation (verse 7-9)
The Lord sent His disciples without provisions so that they would learn to depend completely on Him, and not be distracted by earthly possessions. This way, they would focus on their mission to preach the kingdom of God with faith and boldness, knowing that God would provide all their needs.
