Because of the strong resemblance between this epistle and the second epistle of Peter, both of them talking about the same false teachers, some scholars believe that it was written between the years 68 and 70 A.D.
Main Focus:
This epistle is a divine invitation to us to discover the way, to recognize the possibilities of salvation, and warns against apostasy and the tricks of the enemy, in order to be prepared for the coming of our Savior. The book reveals the faith in the Holy Trinity, confirms the ecclesiastical life and the evangelical life. (Fr Tadros Malaty)
