Please note the Bereavement Announcement for beloved Mary Bedros Maakar

With hope in the resurrection, the beloved Mother and Grandmother, Mary Bedros Maakar departed to heaven on Friday the 23rd of February 2024, in Sohag.
She was the mother of Talat Gerges and his wife Manal Gerges; the mother of Dr. Bahgat Gerges, and his wife Vivian Gerges; grandmother of Mira Magdy (wife of Adel Magdy), Mark Gerges (husband of Gabby Gerges), and Georgia Gerges, David Gerges and Benjamin Gerges.

The family will accept condolences at St. Mark’s Church on Sunday 25/02/24 at 6 – 8pm in Arncliffe. A special mass will also be held at the Church of Saints Peter and Paul, Wollongong on Sunday 25/02/24 at 8:30am.
