Never Lose Hope

If our hope was in ourself we would have plenty of reason to lose hope.
If our hope was in our past decisions, we would have plenty of reason to lose hope.
If our hope was in our circumstances, then we would have plenty of reason to lose hope.

But for us, the children of God, our hope is not in ourselves or our decisions or our circumstances.

As we say in the litany of the Gospel in every Liturgy – “HE ( Jesus Christ ) is the HOPE of US all.”

Our hope is in the Lord Jesus Christ! He is victorious even when you feel defeated. And for this reason we never lose hope. Never. Focus on Him and you will find comfort.

4. Year 12 Boys Fundraising
Sunday 5th April 2026

Support our year 12 boys for their end of year mission trip to Fiji and get ready for Holy Week at the same time.
Join us at the Fundraising corner on Sunday 5th April 2026 and purchase some Holy Icons. 100% proceeds will support the Year 12 boys trip.

5. In the Shadow of the Cross

Friday 3 April 2026

“And I entered into a covenant with you,” says the Lord God, “and you became Mine.” (Ezekiel 16:8)

As we reach the last Friday of the Fast, we find ourselves preparing for Holy Week and fixing our eyes on the Cross of Christ, just as Christ fixed His gaze on our salvation on the Cross.

Come and join us, as we remain with our Saviour “In the shadow of the Cross.”

On Friday 3/4/26 at 7:00 PM, we will gather for a spiritual evening titled “And I Entered Into a Covenant with You.” You are warmly invited to come and take part.

Children’s care service will begin at 7:00 PM.

Important Notes:

Parking: Please do not park on Broe Ave, in front of house driveways, or near street corners, as the council may issue fines for violations.

Noise: Kindly keep noise levels low, especially at night, out of respect for the neighbours. Thank you.

لا تفقد الرجاء أبدًا.

لو كان رجاؤنا في أنفسنا، لكان لدينا أسباب كثيرة لفقدان الرجاء. ولو كان رجاؤنا في قراراتنا السابقة، لكان لدينا أسباب كثيرة لفقدان الرجاء. ولو كان رجاؤنا في ظروفنا، لكان لدينا أسباب كثيرة لفقدان الرجاء.

أما نحن، أبناء الله، فرجاؤنا ليس في أنفسنا ولا في قراراتنا ولا في ظروفنا.

كما نقول في طلبة الإنجيل في كل قداس: “هو (يسوع المسيح) رجاءنا كلنا.”

رجاؤنا في الرب يسوع المسيح! هو المنتصر حتى عندما تشعر بالهزيمة. ولهذا السبب لا نفقد الرجاء أبدًا. أبدًا. ركّز عليه وستجد التعزية.

٢.قداس تذكار احبائنا المنتقلين– السبت 4 أبريل

يرجى تسجيل حضوركم لضمان ذكر اسم أحبائكم في القداس، ولأغراض توفير الطعام: قداس تذكار احبائنا 🙏

٣.في ظل الصليب

“وَدَخَلْتُ مَعَكِ فِي عَهْدٍ، يَقُولُ السَّيِّدُ الرَّبُّ، فَصِرْتِ لِي.” (حز ١٦: ٨)

ونوصل لآخر جمعه فى الصيام ونلاقى نفسنا بنرتب لأسبوع الآلام و نثبت أعينا لصليب المسيح كما ثبت المسيح نظره الى خلاصنا على الصليب هلم نخرج سويا ولو لبضع ساعات نمكث مع مخلصنا ” فى ظل الصليب ” يوم الجمعه ٣/ ٤ الساعه ٧:٠٠م، في سهرة روحيه بعنوان “وَدَخَلْتُ مَعَكِ فِي عَهْدٍ” تعالوا وشاركونا.
