Contemplation (verse 12)
If we look carefully, we shall realize that all troubles come from not judging ourselves; something that would lead to confusion, rather than to comfort
+ Abbot Dorotheos

Personal Reflection
When you’ve done something wrong do you just admit it? Or do you try and construed the fact and make it out like you were “forced” or you “had to” or that it was for someone else’s benefit

Bible Knowledge Question
What did Saul do that made God angry? Why did this make God angry?

Prayer
Dear Lord, give us the strength to just admit our faults and wrong doings rather than sugar-coat it or twist the narrative. When we confess, help us to overcome our pride and say “I have sinned”
