Contemplation (verse 13)
God, in His long-suffering, sometimes grants victory even to the unworthy, not to approve of their ways, but to offer them a chance of repentance and to reveal His glory among the nations. He who shows mercy to the wicked does so not to affirm wickedness, but to display His own righteousness.

Personal Reflection
How many times has God acted in our lives to reveal Himself to us, not because we were deserving, but because He wanted to call us back? Do we respond to His mercy with repentance, or return to our own way?
Bible Knowledge Question
Why did God help King Ahab defeat the Syrians even though Ahab wasn’t faithful to Him?
Prayer
Lord, Your mercy reaches even the unfaithful. Open my eyes to see Your hand in my life. Do not let my heart remain hardened, but stir in me repentance and reverence for You.
