Saint Boctor (Victor) Ebn Romanus

Claim to fame:

He was 20 years old when he became third in succession to become the emperor. He prayed and fasted much, visited the prisoners, and assisted the poor and needy. His father accused him before the Emperor, which lead to his martyrdom.
